Sing Out Events and Holidays tend to be small affairs with limited numbers, and so the budgets are fairly tight.
Deposits are therefore non-returnable, and there is no refund of any monies if you cancel within 6 weeks of the start of the event. You are therefore strongly advised to have holiday insurance in place from when you book.
You are welcome to transfer an event or holiday to another person for no extra charge, and in that case please also transfer any relevant materials (Song sheets etc).
