Booking Policy for events


“Sing Out” Booking Policy:

All bookings for an event are transferable for that event;  you are welcome to find someone to fill your place if you cancel, without any additional cost, on the condition that they are prepared to participate in the event in the same way as other singers. You are also expected to pass on any emails and learning material sent in advance.

For most events you need to pay a deposit to reserve a place.  If you cancel up to six months in advance of an event, we will refund any monies that you have paid,  including your deposit.  After that time we will keep the deposit if you cancel.

If you cancel less than six weeks before the event we reserve the right to keep the full amount.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance so that if you do need to cancel you may be able to claim any losses.
